This document consists of four handwritten telephone message slips from March and April 2005. The messages are primarily for Jeffrey Epstein (also noted as J.E.) from individuals including Ghislaine, Leslie Wexler, and Cecilia. One key message from Ghislaine details a medical incident where a person named Glen pulled a muscle, was taken to 'Good Sam' hospital, and a 'Dr. Moskovite' was called, leading to the probable cancellation of a lunch meeting.
