This document is an email chain from July 24, 2019, between the Regional Director of the Northeast Region and the Associate Warden of MCC New York regarding Jeffrey Epstein's status. It confirms Epstein was removed from Suicide Watch and placed on 'Psychological Observation' following a pending incident report for 'Self-Mutilation.' The emails reveal that Epstein was to be housed in the Special Housing Unit (SHU) with a cellmate described as the individual who mailed IEDs to prominent Democrats (identifiable as Cesar Sayoc).
