This document consists of a page from a notepad with four handwritten phone messages for 'J.E.' (likely Jeffrey Epstein). Two messages from July 4, 2005, are from 'G.M.' (likely Ghislaine Maxwell) and 'Tatiana', both requesting a call back. Two other undated messages, one from 'Tatyana' saying goodnight, and another detailing a plan for an unnamed woman to have dinner with 'Eduardo' and obtain Grand Prix passes through his secretary.
