This document is a letter dated January 25, 2021, from the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn to Judge Alison J. Nathan. The MDC argues that inmate Ghislaine Maxwell has been provided ample resources and time to review discovery materials and communicate with her lawyers, contrary to her defense counsel's claims, and requests the court vacate a prior order from January 15, 2021.
