This Palm Beach Police Department incident report (Narrative #43) details the friction between the police and the State Attorney's Office regarding the Jeffrey Epstein case in early 2006. Officer Joseph Recarey documents his disapproval of a plea deal negotiated between Epstein's attorney, Guy Fronstin, and the State Attorney, which led to the cancellation of a Grand Jury.
