This document is a January 10, 2015 email from Philip Barden to G. Maxwell (Ghislaine Maxwell), advising her to aggressively and publicly deny allegations, following the strategy of Alan Dershowitz. Barden warns that Jeffery Epstein has a conflict of interest and wants her silence to divert attention from himself, and that her own silence could make her appear to be a 'conspirator'. The email is a reply to an earlier message from Maxwell expressing fear of being sued for defamation if she speaks out.
