This document is a letter dated July 26, 2017, in which the author rejects the resignation of their contractor, Alberto, from a significantly delayed 'island project'. The author appeals to a close, 'family-like' relationship to insist that Alberto is personally obligated to complete the house, which remains in a state of disrepair despite promises of completion by the previous Christmas and the end of July. The author holds Alberto personally responsible over his employee, Jean, or the company, Cabinet Pinto.
