A Supervisory Staff Attorney at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) contacts the US Attorney's Office (USANYS) seeking records from Epstein's prior incarceration in Florida to assist with 'various investigations into the incident this past weekend.' The USANYS official replies that they have been 'walled off' from the investigation but provides a contact at the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Violent Crimes/Homicide division.
