This document contains an FBI Complaint Form (FD-71) dated September 3, 1996, and an associated routing slip. A redacted complainant, identifying as a professional artist, alleged that Jeffrey Epstein stole photos and negatives she took of her 12 and 16-year-old sisters for her personal art work and believed he sold them. The complaint also states Epstein requested the complainant take pictures of young girls at swimming pools and threatened to burn her house down if she revealed information about the photos.
