This document is Chapter 1 of a manuscript titled 'The Billionaire's Playboy Club' by Virginia Roberts (Giuffre), marked as a legal exhibit from May 2016. In this text, Roberts recounts being a 13-year-old runaway in Miami Beach in the summer of 1997, where she was approached by a man in a limousine named Ron Eppinger and his companion, Yana. Eppinger, claiming to own a modeling agency called 'Perfect 10' (which Roberts later identifies as a front for sex trafficking), offered to take her in after she admitted she was homeless and hungry.
