This document set consists of four internal Bureau of Prisons emails dated between July 9 and July 24, 2019, tracking Jeffrey Epstein's mental health status and housing location at the Metropolitan Correctional Center. The records show his movement from Psychological Observation to the Special Housing Unit (SHU) on July 10, his placement on Suicide Watch by July 23, and his subsequent removal from Suicide Watch back to Psychological Observation on July 24. The emails are sent by a Forensic Psychologist (name redacted) within the U.S. Public Health Service/DOJ.
