Bureau of Prisons medical report from July 23, 2019, documenting injuries sustained by Jeffrey Epstein in the Special Housing Unit. Epstein was found with a rope around his neck and neck markings (erythema) but claimed to have no memory of the event, stating he woke up snorting. The medical provider noted he was smiling, in no apparent distress, and was subsequently placed on suicide watch with a plan to rule out self-inflicted injuries.
