This document is an email chain dated August 12, 2019 (two days after Epstein's death), between BOP officials Charisma Edge, Ray Ormond, and Lamine N'Diaye. They are attempting to share records regarding a 'Psych Observation' of Jeffrey Epstein that occurred roughly a month prior (July 8-10, 2019). Ray Ormond reports that the attached documents are corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened. The subject line notes that an 'I/M companion' (Inmate companion) was utilized during the observation period.
