An unnamed witness tells Agent Richards about bringing girls to a man named 'Jeffrey', claiming he was unaware that some of them were as young as 16. The witness states the girls were scared their true age would be discovered and were 'shook up' by the encounters, even though they had verbally consented when asked if they were 'comfortable'.
