4 MR. EVERDELL: I would like the witness and the jury
5 to look at LV3A and LV3B, which are already in evidence under

7 THE COURT: Okay. You may do so, members of the jury,
8 please. It's which binder?
9 MR. EVERDELL: It's the folder.
