ORDER
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff filed by Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and Kyle R. Waldner, Esq. It appearing that all parties have been duly served and that movants have complied with the requirements of V.I. S. CT. R. 211.1.16(b) and V.I. R. CIV. P. 6-5, and the premises having been considered, it is hereby:
ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff is GRANTED and that Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and Kyle R. Waldner, Esq. are relieved and absolved of further responsibility in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that this matter is stayed for sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this Order to afford Plaintiff time to retain new counsel; and it is further
ORDERED that Plaintiff shall obtain new counsel and notify the Court of new counsel within sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this Order; and it is further
ORDERED that, until such time that new counsel enters an appearance on Plaintiff's behalf herein, all further pleadings, motions, discovery, orders, and any and all other communications concerning this matter be sent to Plaintiff by U.S. Mail to: Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell, Register Number: 02879-509, FCI Tallahassee, P.O. Box 5000, Tallahassee, FL 32314; and it is further
ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be delivered to counsel of record.
