3 cleared that up on cross-examination as well.
4 THE COURT: Okay.
5 MS. MOE: Your Honor, particularly, if I'm permitted
6 to ask leading questions, I wouldn't expect to ask that
7 particular question.
8 THE COURT: Okay. You won't ask it, it sounds like.
