The evidence adduced at trial is well-summarized in Judge Nathan’s post-trial decision denying Maxwell’s post-trial motions, including under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 29 for a judgment of acquittal, Dkt. 657; in the Government’s brief in Maxwell’s appeal, see United States v.
