THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants Darren K. Indyke, in his capacity
as Executor of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, Richard D. Kahn, in his capacity as Executor
of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, and NES, LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company’s
Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute, Pursuant to Virgin Islands Rule of Civil Procedure
41(b), or Alternatively to Compel Plaintiff to Appear Pro Se (the “Motion”). Having
considered the Motion, the Court will grant the same.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED that the Complaint in this matter is DISMISSED; and it is further
ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be directed to counsel of record.
