Re: Anastasia Doe v. Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn as Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, 1:19-cv-11869-AJN
Dear Judge Nathan:
We represent Defendants Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn, Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein (together, “Defendants”) in the referenced action. We write to respectfully request the Court’s approval, with Plaintiff’s consent, of a two (2) day extension of time, from February 17, 2020 to February 19, 2020, for Defendants to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint (ECF #1). The Court previously approved the parties’ agreement whereby we agreed to accept service of Plaintiff’s Complaint on Defendants’ behalf and Plaintiff consented to Defendants having through February 17 to respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint.
Respectfully submitted,
/s/ Bennet J. Moskowitz
