7 identification as Government Exhibit 296.

8 Do you see that? In front of you to the left.

9 A. Oh. Yes.

10 Q. Do you see that disk right there?

11 A. I do.

12 Q. Do you recognize that?

15 A. It is a compact disk — I'm going to call it a CD — which
