We have received proposals for demolition of the existing and construction of the new Little St. James Flag Pole Pool Cabana - Shaded Roof. There was quite a variance in the scopes so we have taken the liberty of listing what we expect from the contractor during this project. The list is as follows:

1. Prepare a working drawing. (Architectural quality is not necessary.)
2. General conditions shall be included as part of the line items (not separately).
3. Proposals shall have schedule of values based upon activities listed below:
