Hello Captain:
I appreciate you and your staffs concern involving the current events we are facing. What I am looking at: if possible could your staff arrive on Sunday August 25, 2019. This will give me the opportunity to sit down with [Redacted] to appropriately schedule your personnel. I am sure travel, lodging, and meals will be paid from our end. I just want this transition to be seamless as possible. So if we are in agreement below is what I have identified as some critical areas needed for coverage on the roster.
