3 will excuse the jury. I will excuse the jury with
4 instructions; correct?
5 MS. MOE: Yes. Thank you, your Honor.
6 THE COURT: You still anticipate a defense case?
7 MR. EVERDELL: Yes.
8 THE COURT: So I will say I want to give them -- I'm
9 going to go over my instructions. I'm going to say no
10 discussions, keep an open mind. The government has rested.
