Inmate is a 51 year old white male. He is a
pre-trial inmate with the following pending charges of; 21:848 ( E ), Murder
and Drug Conspiracy. He currently has a CIM assignment of Separation. He
has a Chronological Disciplinary Record. His last incident report dates back
to February 2018, for Fighting with Another. He is currently housed in the
Special Housing Unit for being in Possession of a Cell Phone.
An interview was conducted with inmate today on July 23, 2019,
at 2:50 pm based on an incident that occurred with his ce i ein,
Jeffrey Edward #76318-054. During the interview inmate stated
it was past midnight. He was sleeping on the floor. He felt some ing hit his
foot. He woke up and observed inmate Epstein sitting on the ground staring
at him. He as . at he was doing and inmate Epstein did not reply.
When inmate saw that he was not responding he immediately
banged on the cell door and called for staff assistance.
