I, Christine M. Mackintosh, declare under penalty of perjury that the following is true and
correct:
1. I am counsel with the law firm of Grant & Eisenhofer P.A. I am eligible to
practice and a member in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of
Delaware. Certificates of Good Standing are appended hereto. I submit this declaration in
support of my motion for admission to practice pro hac vice in the above-captioned matter.
