To make a secure electronic bill payment from your bank account, call BellSouth Customer Service at the number located on the front of your bill. You will need to provide to our Customer Service Representative either your four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) shown by "Question? Call:" on the first page of your BellSouth bill, or the last four digits of the social security number associated with your telephone account. By providing your bank account information and PIN or social security number, you are authorizing BellSouth and your bank or financial institution to process a one-time debit from your bank account for payment of your BellSouth bill.
