This document consists of the Daily Lieutenant's Logs from the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York for July 22 and July 23, 2019. The logs document that Jeffrey Epstein (Inmate #76318-054) was on suicide watch with an inmate companion on July 22, and was recorded moving to suicide watch with institutional staff at 1:38 AM on July 23. The logs also repeatedly note significant facility malfunctions, specifically that the fire alarm and sprinkler systems were inoperable and the public address system was malfunctioning.
