Epstein was found unresponsive with a homemade noose around his neck in the cell he shared with Nicholas Tartaglione. The report concludes there was insufficient evidence to suggest Tartaglione assaulted Epstein, despite conflicting narratives and allegations of extortion and discomfort between the cellmates.
