Beck updates Epstein on her political shifts (Trump to Kasich and back), her new elder care business charging up to $1500/day, and her upcoming trip to NYC for a Circumnavigator’s Club meeting. She explicitly complains about an associate named 'Joe' (comparing him to Bernie Madoff) for preventing her from caring for 'Fred' (presumably a mutual acquaintance with dementia).
