This document is an email chain between attorney Aida Leisenring and the US Attorney's Office (USANYS) regarding the preservation of video surveillance from the MCC. Leisenring requested footage from the hallway outside her client Tartaglione's cell covering the 'Epstein incident' on July 22-23, 2019. In December 2019, Leisenring expressed surprise that the video was not retained despite her earlier request and confirmation from officials.
