This document is an email chain dated August 19, 2019, between the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and Jeffrey Epstein's defense team (Steptoe & Johnson LLP). The correspondence concerns the Government filing a motion for an order of 'nolle prosequi' (dismissal of charges) in the case U.S. v.
