THE COURT: I'll see and Ms. Williams will see the

MR. EVERDELL: And the witness will too, yes.

And then if permitted to display what you're showing,

you'll use the electronic version with a careful description of

exactly what page you're showing. And to the extent you're

highlighting or pointing to any passage, you'll make that clear

so that the government can follow along. And obviously if it

is something that you've moved into evidence, it will be

published to everyone, unless there's a redaction issue around
13
identity.
