ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2005, AT APPROXIMATELY 2346 HOURS, I OBSERVED A FOUR DOOR WHITE MITSUBISHI, FL TAG [REDACTED] PARKED IN A SAFETY ZONE WITHIN A CURVE IN THE ROADWAY, ACROSS FROM 760 NORTH OCEAN BLVD. AS I DROVE UP BEHIND THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE LEFT THE SAFETY ZONE, WHICH I THEN CONDUCTED A CAR STOP ON THE 200 BLOCK OF BAHAMA LANE. UPON APPROACHING THE AUTO, I OBSERVED FIVE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE CAR, SEVERAL HAVING BLOODSHOT EYES. I ALSO DETECTED AN ODOR OF MARIJUANA FROM INSIDE THE AUTO ALONG WITH OBSERVING THE OCCUPANTS APPEARING TO BE NERVOUS. I SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE AND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MARIJUANA. THE DEFENDANT, [REDACTED], INFORMED ME THAT SHE DID, HANDING ME A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING MARIJUANA, A BROWN PAPER BAG CONTAINING MARIJUANA AND A GLASS PIPE CONTAINING MARIJUANA RESIDUE. BOTH THE MARIJUANA AND PARAPHERNALIA TESTED POSITIVE.
BASED ON THE AFOREMENTIONED INCIDENT, I ARRESTED AND CHARGED [REDACTED] WITH POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, FSS 893.13(6)(B) AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, FSS 893.147.
