3 A. Yeah, nine and a half.
4 Q. She was 25 at the time?
5 A. I believe that's correct.
6 Q. You stayed with her while you were in New York?
7 A. I did. I stayed at her apartment.
8 Q. She lived there?
9 A. Yes.
10 Q. Your sister is the one who communicated with you about your
