Epstein (“Epstein†). Epstein is a natural person. His birth date is
January 20, 1953. His place of birth is Kings County, New York. His social
security number is 090-44-3348. His current address is 6100 Red Hook
Quarter, B3, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, 00802 and permanent
residence is located at Little St. James, United States Virgin Islands.
Epstein seeks disclosure of any records, documents, files,
communications, memoranda, orders, agreements and/or instructions
relating to or referring to Epstein that were created from January 1, 2000
to January 6, 2014, and were prepared, received, transmitted, collected,
and/or maintained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department
of Homeland Security, including, but not limited to, the following: 1.
Any records relating or referring to, or giving rise to, inspections or
examinations upon Epstein’s arrival at or departure from a U.S. Port
of Entry during the requested period. 2. Any records on the entry and
exit of Epstein arriving at or departing from a U.S. Port of Entry during the
requested period. 3. Any records that document monitoring,
surveillance, observation, questioning, interrogation, investigation,
and/or collection of information relating or referring to Epstein during
the requested period. 4. Any records relating or referring to how, why,
or when Epstein was selected to be a subject of any such monitoring,
surveillance, observation, questioning, interrogation, investigation,
and/or collection of information. This request is a duplicate of the
request on behalf of Epstein sent to your office by certified mail on June
26, 2013 (and acknowledged by the U.S. Post Office to have been
delivered on July 2, 2013) to which no response has been received.
Epstein's privacy waiver was included with that original request and a
copy of the same is attached to this duplicate request.
