4 A. No.
5 Q. Did she tell you that she had communicated with somebody
6 internally in her firm where she had exclaimed, "Jesus, I think
7 Juror No. 1 is the suspended attorney"?
8 A. No.
9 Q. If you had that information from Theresa Trzaskoma, would
10 you have done further investigation yourself?
