Moreover, the Departments' knowledge about these victims, their behaviors, and the dangers that are inherent in providing shelter and services to them would be instrumental to ensuring the success of the pilot program. This section should also amend subsection 203(a) of the 2005 reauthorization to include after "Secretary of Health and Human Services", "in collaboration with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security," Subsection 203(c) should be likewise amended.
The Office of Management and Budget has advised that there is no objection to the presentation of this letter from the standpoint of the Administration's programs.
