4 assuming it sounds like you need it -- from Mr.
5 Pincus. I have no clue about what happened and
6 why it was canceled. All I was told when I was
7 out of town yesterday was that the hearing this
8 morning was cancelled.
9 MR. GOLDBERGER: I'll take your word for
10 it.
