THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Sarah Kellen’s Motion to Adopt Co-
Defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s Motion to Dismiss and Reply. The Court has reviewed the motion and
the record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. Accordingly, it is hereby
