MR. SCOTT: Let's take a break for a minute, okay?
THE WITNESS: I’m not sure she has standing.
MR. SCAROLA: Are we finished with the speech?
MR. SCOTT: No. If he --
MR. SCAROLA: I'd like him to finish the speech so that we can get to my

A. So the question -- the answer to your question is --
